Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesan Cheese

March 3, 2010

One of the things I love about simple cooking is how the ingredients have a chance to speak for themselves. These asparagus are saying “I am perfect in every way.” There is nothing worse than an overcooked boring asparagus, and there is nothing better than a perfectly cooked, slightly crisp yet tender asparagus. These are sinfully simple to prepare and look so elegant on the plate!
